Osteopathy / Rehabilitation
Osteopaths regularly treat conditions from the head to the feet, including, but not limited to, joint muscle, tendon and ligament complaints. Below, are just a few of the areas osteopaths treat.
During an examination, the Osteopath assesses the body’s tissues through observation and touch, employing palpation. The patient is guided through movements to evaluate body mobility, and specific orthopedic tests may be used to pinpoint the tissues involved in the patient’s issue. A diagnosis is then made, followed by treatment.
